In short
In the summer of 2006, The Faroe Islands, and the island Litla Dimun were next in turn. Altogether 62 young artists have been involved in the international young-art project ”Silent Island” so far. The first exchange project took place in Andøya four years ago. Since then, the project has visited Øksnes, Heimaøy and now Gøtu on the Faroe Islands.
